  First off they lose people's deposits and their maintenence staff are rude. Prices go up every year. I am active duty military with PTSD. My therapist over at the VA said I should get a ESA. Since then they have made the process so hard for me which has only cause my depression to worsen. I found the dog I wanted and now I might lose him to a kill shelter or by someone else adopting him because they are doing everything in their power to make things difficult and to drag things out. They don't care who you are and have a lack of respect for everyone.
  
  Dec 10 2016: Their electrical wires are so old we lose power at least once a month. When it rains or storms several times a WEEK. I Lost power today at 8:45. It's now 12:36 and still no power.
